Description:

Preparation, installation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment in hazardous areas, Approved by CompEx Certification Limited.

This course determines the core competency of mechanical practitioners. The course consists of the established CompEx Foundation module (Ex F) to understand Electrical Hazards, a Mechanical Hazardous Awareness Course with a written examination and overall core competency is validated with a practical assessment on Ex Equipment.

Learner pre-requisites:

• provide evidence of their mechanical qualifications, and
• complete the  competency letter which will be provided with your course joining instructions (this needs to be printed onto your company letterhead and signed by an appropriate company representative).

Please send the above either prior to the course or bring it with you on the first day of training.
