HOTA is an ideal choice to hold your meetings and conferences, located just 4 miles from Hull City Centre HOTA offers ample car parking and full catering facilities 

Lecture & Meeting Rooms

HOTA’s Malmo Road Site – The Ellis and The Cullen Buildings – together offer 18 meeting/ lecture rooms all equipped with the latest technology including 50 inch plasma television screen and audio visual presentation system, flipchart and wipe board and additional equipment is available.

All the rooms at HOTA are comfortable, clean and spacious. The rooms vary in size from small friendly meeting rooms to the largest accommodating up to 32 delegates. HOTA's Lecture rooms can be configured into a number of styles to suit the occasion including:

•     Theatre
•     Classroom
•     Boardroom
•     Reception

Hire periods/costs

•     Per hour - £75
•     Half day - £150
•     Full day - £225
•     Monday to Friday - £1000

Above costs include all equipment hire.

Equipment

•     50 inch plasma television screen
•     Powerpoint presentation
•     OHP/Screen if required
•     Wipeboard/markers
•     Flipchart
•     Chairs/desks (where applicable)

Lunches and refreshments for Lecture Room Hire only.

•     £2.50 per person for refreshments per day
•     £4.50 per person for hot sandwiches on arrival (ie bacon, sausage)
•     £7.00 per person for finger lunch buffet per day
•     £8.50 per person for buffet lunch/hot meal per day

All are freshly prepared in our own kitchen.

Exhibition/Networking events

HOTA's Ellis Building has a large open internal space which can accommodate 75-100 people. The space is a great location for small exhibitions and networking events.

HOTA is able to offer a full range of catering and refreshment packages for all events freshly prepared in our own kitchens. Costs are available by request.

Computer Suite

The self-contained Suite is fully fitted with 18 desk top computers each with Microsoft Office 2010 and Internet access.

A large plasma television screen is also fitted in the suite which is ideal for computer based presentations.

Pool Hire

The core of The Cullen Building is the environmental training pool which is 10 metres by 20 metres containing 900,000 litres of water. The pool has previously been hired as a location for filming, team building exercises and for use by local dive clubs.
