Learner Pre-requisites:

Learners must provide evidence of a completed 4 Day MCA Approved STCW Advanced Firefighting Course and a 1 Day MCA Approved STCW Basic Fire Prevention & Firefighting Refresher Course.

HOTA is introducing STCW 10 Refresher Training following "the manila amendments to the STCW Convention and Code."

The deadline for the implementation of the required changes is 1st January 2017.

Special Notes:

These courses will require refresher training every five years under the new STCW Convention and Code.

Learners or booking companies MUST ensure that one of the below forms of personal identification is available to be presented at course registration:

Passport
Discharge Book (or equivalent National document recording a person's sea service)
National I.D. Card
